Reception venues

Hi!

Does anyone know of any public buildings in Pittsburgh that you can rent to have your wedding reception (like courthouse, library, city hall)  these are generally much cheaper to rent and you can choose your own vendors.  Opposite of the museums / conservatory that makes you use their vendor affiliates..

Estimating 200 guests so looking for a reasonably priced place in the city but with an elegant feel.  Wedding will be in May/June 2014.

    We are having our wedding/reception at Robin Hill Park in Moon - but there is a 110 limit occupancy.  Try North Park Lodge in North Park.  It's a lot of DIY stuff though, cheap to rent too.  But well worth it.  

    Pittsburgh Opera is cheap to rent also, again, DIY stuff too, unless you hire someone to do it.
