Tuesday Accountability

My stuff is mostly the same as yesterday except I don't know what I'm having for dinner because I class from 5-8 tonight. 

B: 2 egg "muffins", Greek yogurt
S: Apple with PB
L: Grilled chicken with broccoli, beets with goat cheese
S: Banana
D: Not sure yet

E: Possibly 6W6P depending on how I'm feeling when I finally get home.

    B:  fruit/veg juice, egg + egg white with hot sauce, cran-walnut toast, 2 pc. bacon
    S:  banana
    L:  grilled ratatouille pasta, grilled chicken from the cafeteria at work, raspberries
    S:  fresh cherries, celery, maybe a cheese stick
    D:  ST Asian Glazed Drumsticks, ST Asian Mango Cabbage Slaw, cantaloupe

    E:  walk the dogs if it isn't raining, JM yoga (depending on cramps)

    veggies:  4-5
    fruits:  5
