A lot of the same as the last two days. This Sunday when I'm prepping next week's breakfasts and lunches I really need to throw in some variety. 

B: 2 egg "muffins", Greek yogurt 
S: Apple
L: Spicy tuna roll with cucumber, salad with ginger dressing! 
D: ST Buffalo Turkey Burgers with Blue Cheese Broccoli Slaw <3

E: 6W6P

ETA: Changed my lunch! I haven't had sushi in over a month!

  • B- Scrambled egg whites, fruit, and coffee
    S- Trail Mix
    L- Lunch with FI since he will be in the area today! Yay!
    D- Sushi with FI's mom and stepdad

    E- Hopefully I can get in 5 miles today after dinner
  • B: 1/2 turkey bacon, egg, cheese sandwich
    S: 1/2 Luna bar
    L: leftover pasta w/ grilled chicken & sauce
    S: peanuts
    D: bratwurst and veggies

    E: Boot camp this morning

    I haven't tallied up the calories yet, but I think I'm fine. Feeling good, other than the fact that every single muscle in my body is SORE.

  • B:  egg + egg white with hot sauce, 1 pc. cran-walnut toast, 1 pc. bacon, veg/fruit juice
    S:  banana
    L:  ST Asian Cabbage Mango Slaw topped with meat from ST Asian Glazed Drumstick; raspberries and maybe a peach
    S:  fresh cherries!  and some celery
    D:  CL spicy orange shrimp with veggie stir fry and brown rice medley

    E:  not sure; after work I have a counseling session, and then we have Bible Study and my kids' class I teach... plus I have to cook dinner.  may not get much in tonight.

    goal:  not to eat all the chocolate mocha almonds when I get home.

    B: Protein Shake (1 scoop vanilla whey, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries, 1/2 cup baby spinach, water), coffee (374)
    S: Madagascar Vanilla Almond KIND bar - free sample I got at the beach on the way to volleyball the other day (210)
    L: Barbacoa salad at Chipotle w/fajita veggies, a ton of medium salsa and guac (375)

    D: not 100% sure, but probably left over bbq pulled chicken and some veggies or make that into a tortilla pizza (~500?)
