Unable to see our website from link

Hello,
Our profile provided us this link "http://www.theknot.com/wedding/natalie-and-tracy to use to access our website we created on the Knot but when clicking, it just goes to a default page.  Do we need to submit the website somehow?

Also, we noticed that most of the other websites we see on The knot are different than ours and say something like (example) http://johnsonkirby.ourwedding.com/.  Why does this URL say ".ourwedding" while ours says "theknot.com"?

  • For any help with your wedding website, please email feedback@theknot.com or call Customer Service Mon-Thurs 6am-7pm PST and Fri 6am - 6pm PST at 877-335-5252.
  • Usually you have to go in and create a website. That's when it will give you the our wedding link. I think you can do that from your profile.
  • We called customer service on June 5 and explained the problem.  She put in a ticket but the problem is still not resolved today on June 11.  We called back a couple times to check progress and we were told we just need to wait until a "back end" person can get to it.  We are starting to freak out because the Knot is our main form of RSVP and our invites are going out this week!  Does anyone have any other ideas why our site does not show to the public?  We can see it from our account just fine.
  • Ourwedding.com is a different hosting site from The Knot.
