Hey Knotties,
I'm not very crafty, so I was hoping maybe some of you could help me come up with invitation ideas for my wedding. It has a light "storybook" theme, but I don't want my invitations to be too hokey or on the nose. (Like no excessive glitter, castles, "once upon a time", etc) To give you an idea what we've already done...my mom designed our save the dates, and they came out really well. It was a picture of us with a 3-d scroll coming off the page announcing our wedding in medieval style writing. I would probably want the invitations to be a little more formal. I was thinking of playing around with those royal seals on the envelope, maybe something with a ribbon on the invitation? Any thoughts?
