E: None, I have class tonight.

    D- idk yet, I need to run a bunch of errands tonight so I'll probably just pick up something

  • B:  egg + egg white with hot sauce, 1 pc. cran-walnut toast, 1 pc. bacon
    S:  apple, maybe with a cheese stick!
    L:  spicy orange shrimp, veggie stir fry, brown rice medley; raspberries
    S:  fresh cherries, celery
    D:  spicy honey-brushed chicken thigh, CL green beans and potatoes in a chunky tomato sauce

    E:  long walk with the dogs, JM yoga or 30DS
  • B: 1/2 turkey bacon, cheese and egg sandwich
    S: peanuts
    L: healthy choice meal
    S: 1/2 Luna bar
    D: chicken wrap

    E: none... boot camp again tomorrow morning. At least today I can walk normally, which is a huge WIN!

    E - Cleaning our house. It doesn't sound like a lot, but our house is currently a mess from all the traveling we've been doing.

    @livleighton sometimes you just need to have chocolate for breakfast. Or in my case, handfuls of raisins 20 minutes before bed. 

    B: 1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 1 turkey sausage patty, ww english muffin, 1/4 avocado, coffee (371)
    S: 15 almonds, 2 prunes (154)
    L: Turkey and swiss w/mayo and mixed greens on sandwich thin, carrots, nectarine (373)
    S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 4 medium strawberries (100)
    D: 6oz salmon (not sure how I'll prepare it), steamed broccoli (~400)
    S: 6oz plain yogurt mixed with 1/2 scoop protein powder, stevia and cocoa powder (175)

    E: Yoga X (HRM: 500)
  • Considering I ate a handful of Hershey's Kisses for breakfast, I'm not doing so well today.
    I'm really wishing Jess hadn't brought the leftover slice of pizza to work for lunch because I was totally going to have that for breakfast today. I'm craving chick-fil-a chicken and waffle fries... so that's what I'm going for!
