  • B- way too much coffee and oatmeal
    S- Apples
    L- turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and cheese
    D- I'll probably be eating something random again tonight. 

    E- Lots of running and arms/legs
  • B: 1/2 turkey bacon, egg, cheese sandwich
    S: chocolate glazed donut (it's national donut day!)
    L: subway grilled chicken
    S: peanuts or 1/2 Luna bar (or both)
    D: no idea

    E: boot camp. I can already barely raise my arms and my legs are shaky as shit. So it was a successful workout!

    B: Coffee with a little skim milk and a multi-grain bagel w/ reduced fat cream cheese. 12 points (thx Starbucks...)

    L: Probably a bunch of random fruit so that I can empty our fridge out. 0 points

    D: Wine and something unknown. I have 20 points left for the day so far so I can be flexible...like one glass of wine and a slice of pizza w/ salad and fruit.

    E: None... except for moving some boxes. Friday is fun day!

    Good news is my weight is back down from last week and it's down a lb from my low point of 2 weeks ago so it was probably a mix of my period/water retention/ just having a bad day. I now have 8 lbs to go until I reach my 10% weight loss goal! If I can manage 2 lbs a week going forward then I only have 4 weeks to go!
