Re-use Parent's Guestbook?

Is it tacky to use my parent's guest book? they got about 10 signatures in the whole thing (they forgot to pass it around). They recently found it in storage. I thought it was kind of sentimental and would be a cool way to tie in my family to the wedding. Or does this just look cheap?

Let me know what you think! I'm not 100% pushing for it, I just thought it'd be different.

I don't see anything wrong with it.  It almost would be a nice tradition to start.  If there was a way to keep adding pages each generation could use it for their wedding and it would interesting to see who all came to everyone's wedding in one book.

If there's room in the book for all your guests to sign, why not?  I like the idea of a multi-generational guest book too.

Maybe put the information on a card that is placed next to the book, or in a program if you are having one?
