AW: Bridal Shower

My shower was on Saturday! It was only 107 degrees out and the tent company was only 4 hours late, making it just in time to be set up before guests arrived. But I had a blast and I think everyone else did too. My mom and sister put so much hard work into it and I know my bridesmaids and a few other family members helped out too; it felt very good to feel so much love and support! Only downfall was that dang heat...opening 30 presents in 100 degree weather in a long dress is not the business! Here are some pics :-)

    aww! looks so fun!! out here in Sac it was crazy! but not its cold today! 


    Im glad you had a fun time!! what was your favorite gift?? 

    We also had a couples shower this weekend it in fremont!

    Yeah this weather is so weird and I'm very glad we aren't getting married in June! How was your shower and the weather in Fremont? I'm only like 20 minutes away and my dad lives in Fremont :-). Yesterday was windy and chilly and then I woke up at 4 am to serious thunder and lighting and then pouring rain.

    I don't know if if I could pick a favorite present since 95% of it was from our registry, lol so I loved it all. I did get three really cute baskets full of off-registry gifts that were fun to open...1 was an italian basket from FMIL full of tonnns of italian cooking gadgets and goodies (FI is 1st generation Italian-American and FMIL loves to cook), 1 was a honeymoon/travel basket, 1 was full of super cute home & kitchen stuff. Now I feel like gift basket are totally the way to go for showers!

    The shower in Fremont was good! mostly his parents friends and such. But friday was hot, and Saturday I was kind of sad it was a little chilly during the shower. Most of the stuff came from our registries too! I cant even pick a favorite either.


    the gift basket thing sounds awesome though! and all stuff that would get good use.

    Toilet Paper wedding dress game, Pin the mustache on the groom, & Bridal Bingo :-)
