B: Omelette with onions, ham, and cheese (made at home, I used egg substitute, lean ham, reduced-fat cheese), Greek yogurt

E: None. I have class and then PLL summer premiere!!!

  • I have been eating like absolute crap lately. I went up a pound, but I think part of that is due to the boot camp I've been doing, because I can definitely see some muscle definition, and this morning I fit into a pair of my size 6 pants, so I'm not TOO down about it.

    BUT.... I need to get back on track. Grocery shopping tonight or tomorrow will help.

  • @cu97tiger - That could also have contributed to your weight-gain. I was more than I could have guessed after I was in the ER in April. I also got 3 bags of fluids while I was there.

    Liv I loved your post cause that's how I felt yesterday. I completed my day with a way too big serving of veggie lasagna and a glass of wine.

    A: Painting the master bedroom and bathroom and moving more boxes

    @LivLeighton - Same. I plan to eat well but then bad things happen and suddenly there's an everything bagel and veggie cream cheese and all the guac with chips in front of me.

    I'm drinking right now. That wasn't in the plan.

    Also, we are eating and drinking ALL the goddamn things on Saturday and we're not giving one goddamn fuck about it.
