I feel like being judgey. 

I judge people who plan 1st birthday parties from 1-4, then plan on putting their now 1yo down for a nap at 1pm. WHAT?!?! Why would you schedule the party during nap time? Or not try to put her down for a nap early that day?

This happened. For real.

Thankfully no nap was to be had and she was partying away right up until the end, when she had a meltdown. lol

This has happened to me as well! The party was clearly for the mom to "feel good about throwing a party" rather than an actual party for her child. I was so confused.

Me too.  Thankfully it's free entertainment, but I'd pay an hour rate to be openly judgmental.
