to you Ladies!  How was everyone's weekend?

This week has been good so far :-) It's a short week, thanks to Thursday being National Day here in Qatar! Also, DH and I got our iPhones in the mail yesterday :-) So we are pretty excited!

Tonight, we have no plans for once, and I am relieved! We have been running around like crazy people. All our of friends have left for holiday break, so we will have some time to ourselves :-)

Morning,
  I had a good, productive weekend.  Saturday I finished my Christmas shopping, then we went to see a movie.  Sunday I finished wrapping my presents, and FI and I packed and wrapped around 35 packages.  Very productive.
  Today and tomorrow I won't be teaching because I have to move into my new classroom-so it ought to be a busy couple of days!
  Yay for the iphone!  FI LOVES his.

Morning.  I think I may finally be getting over the list of ailments that I've had since Thanksgiving.

Finished the vast majority of my Christmas shopping on Saturday.  The only people I have left to buy for are DH, my MIL, and some gift cards for my siblings.  WooHoo!  Love the internet.

I have 2 full days and 2 half days (Wed and Fri) of work left before I'm off for Christmas.  I can't wait to get through this week.  We decided to go to Pittsburgh for Christmas, so we're driving in on Thursday of next week and leaving on Saturday or Sunday.  DH actually guilted me in to going, as I did not want to go.

Good morning all - I really want an iphone, but alas I have verizon...I have asked DF a few times if we could switch and his response is "if it ain't broke..."

Thanks for the GL vibes on Friday - I needed them - there were fractions on a law school exam (usually it's all essay...this exam included multiple choice where you needed to divide up shares for intestate heirs....).  Eek!

This weekend was busy busy, DF"s company party, trying to get stuff ready for wedding, etc.

Briv - You can buy an iPhone on eBay and still use it with Verizon. Thats where we bought ours, and we will be jailbreaking it so we can use it over here with Qtel (the main cell phone provider).

 The nice thing is when we go to Pgh to visit, we just switch out the SIM card, and can still use it in the states and here in Qatar.

I will let you know if it works :-)

Morning all.   

I had a nice weekend. Went out on Friday for a while after my work Christmas party. It was fun. I didn't do anything embarassing. (Yay!)    We saw The Blind Side at Loews on Saturday. Really good movie. I love true stories!

JBee - I'm an iPhone widow, too. DH is addicted to his iPhone - especially the trashcan basketball app. Haha.

Morning!  I really wish today wasn't Monday.

Our weekend was pretty productive - we got all of our gifts wrapped and Christmas cards written out and addressed.  I had to go out Saturday to get DHs stocking stuffers, so I'm now 100% done with Christmas stuff. 

Also got my haircut Saturday, so happy that's done!

Nothing really exciting to report from the weekend, wrapped some Christmas presents and tried to finish the inserts for our invites.

Good Morning! I accidently slept in this morning, so I got ready in 20 min., which in the past would have been impossible for me. Had a good weekend, minus Friday night b/c I layed on the couch all night since I was feeling like crap again. I am like 99% back to normal now though. We went to a fun holiday mug party on Sat., and yesterday I randomly decided to send Christmas cards and wrap a few gifts. I can't believe Christmas Eve is 10 days from today!

Good morning! I had a good weekend. We went to a Christmas party at a friends' house on Saturday night. It was good to see some friends from home that have also moved down here.

My DH also has an iPhone and is addicted to the trashcan basketball app. I'm going to upgrade form my BB to an iPhone when I'm eligible in Feb. I love new gadgets so I'm pretty excited!

This is the last full week of work this year, woohoo! I have my Christmas party at work on Friday, so hopefully this week goes fast.

I'm happy to be back in the office and chatting with you all today!  This week is proving to be a crazy one already - I have a huge sales meeting to prepare for on Thursday and still need to finish my Christmas shopping/wrapping...we just need a few more things, but I have NO idea what to get these people and I hate that feeling!

My weekend was pretty easy going. Friday we didn't go anywhere. It was nice. Saturday I spent some time with a friend while she didn her Christmas shopping then on Sunday after the ice backed down a little FI and I finished our shopping then wrapped some presents and settled in for some movies.

Good Morning!  So tired this morning.  didn't get home from DC last night till around 2 and then found that one of our cats was sick all weekend. I think he's just so attached to us that he gets himself all worked up when we leave, poor thing. 
Oh! and we're going to get on our pwn phone plan this weekend! Still haven't decided what carrier to go with...

Good morning everyone, and happy Monday!  Sounds like everyone had productive Christmas shopping weekends.  I'm not quite done yet with mine.  I had a ridiculously busy weekend with seven different holiday parties we were supposed to attend... I made it to five, which I guess is pretty good!  FI and I finally watched "Up" last night, and I loved it!  It totally made me cry a few times, just like everyone here warned

JennyBee1018 - please let me know if that works, I reallllly want one.  I keep hearing rumors that the iphone is coming out for verizon, but haven't seen any concrete things. I am so cheap I don't want to pay for the huge data package either. lol.
