Wednesday Accountability

B:  raisin English muffin with a little raspberry preserves, egg + egg white, 1 pc. bacon
S:  sm/med apple and some farmer's market cheese
L:  spicy marinara over noodles/zucchini noodles with chicken sausage, sauteed cabbage, raspberries, tootsie roll
S:  fresh cherries, peach
D:  baked spicy lemon pepper chicken, brown rice medley, stir-fried green beans

E:  JM 30DS

  • My meals are really up in the air today because I had nothing at home to bring with me. 

    B: Ham, egg whites, and cheese on an english muffin
    S: Orange
    L: I'm thinking soup and a side salad from ABP
    S: Banana
    D: I took ground turkey out on Monday so I will likely make something with that before it goes bad. Maybe buffalo turkey burgers with just the blue cheese dressing (no slaw) because I am obsessed.

    D- leftover pasta and asparagus

    D- IDK FI and I have counseling tonight sooo we will probably pick something up

    E- doing this w/o with my coworker on our lunch break haha. She found it on youtube so we will see how this goes.

    S: peanuts or something from the vending machine
    D: no idea. DH is out of town so probably something totally random like popcorn and chocolate

    B: Cocoa oatmeal (1/2 cup oatmeal cooked with water, added cocoa powder, pb2, soy milk, truvia), 1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites and 1/3 cup spinach scrambled, coffee (350)
    S: 15 almonds, 2 prunes (154)
    L: Turkey and swiss w/mayo and baby spinach on sandwich thin, carrots (271)
    S: Cottage cheese and strawberries (100)
    D: Turkey and black bean taco salad topped with cheese, salsa, a crisped tortilla, and some plain greek yogurt (529)
    S: The rest of my greek yogurt + pb2 and truvia (180)

    E: Shoulders and arms + ab ripper x  (HRM: 660) my damn shoulder still hurts so I had to use lighter weights for some of these exercises. . . not a happy camper.
