RSVP not working

I have had ten people call to say that they RSVP section is not allowing them to enter their information- is there something going on? When I go in and try there isn't an issue, but now that we have at least ten confirmed people who have attempted from my invites I am wondering if we can get this figured out

    Hi there! Please email feedback@theknot.com or call Customer Service Mon-Thurs 6am-7pm PST and Fri 6am - 6pm PST at 877-335-5252.

    KP will tell you to contact customer service. They may get it fixed, but I had the exact same problem a year and a half ago. The website gets really glitchy and some brides have lost their their entire guest lists. Back everything up and I hope you don't have to make a lot of calls to people about RSVPs.
