Thursday Accountability

good morning!

B:  "omelette" that turned into an egg scramble...  my pan was way too big.  "sigh"  2 eggs + 1/2 egg white, shredded cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion, hot sauce; 1 pc. cran-walnut bread with a little whipped butter; 1 pc. bacon
S:  iced coffee from Panera, peach
L:  brown rice medley, baked spicy lemon pepper chicken, stir-fried green beans, pineapple
S:  fresh cherries, chocolate/mocha almonds
D:  shrimp cakes (LINK) with avocado and salad/arugula, off-the-grill-corn-salsa (with black beans added) (LINK), quick Mexican cabbage slaw

E:  JM yoga, walk the dogs

    L: Leftover ST buffalo turkey burger with blue cheese dressing, side salad
    S: Banana
    D: Alcohol

  • B- Coffee and scrambled egg whites on toast

    L- Turkey sandwich, grapes, and chips
    D- We are going to this festival tonight where there is just a bunch of food so probably a little bit of everything.

    E- Pilates during my lunch break and a lot of walking around tonight
  • B- yogurt and blueberries

    L-leftover potatoes in a tomato and curry sauce

    S- apple

    D- eggplant babushka ( a new recipe I'm excited to try)

    S-not sure

    E- none unless walking around a mall counts later this afternoon

    Anniversary

  • @rdr716 : nope, this will be my first time to try them.  hopefully they don't fall apart... I have rubber gloves handy!!

    E: 2.5 mile run, 1 mile walk

    PS - I have no idea how to make an omelet. All my eggs turned out scrambled.
