Wedding Paper Divas

Has anyone ever used wedding paper divas for their invites? My friend was considering buying her invites from them. She wanted to get a sample to see the quality, but they are having a large sale right now and she doesn't feel like she has time to get a sample and then order the invites before the sale ends.

So does anyone know about the quality of the invites, or how often they have sales?

My BM used them for my shower invites, which were adorable!

For the wedding, I had planned on ordering from them and received about 6 samples. I was very disappointed in the quality. I thought the paper felt light and the printing wasn't raised so it just felt kind of cheap...and... they are not cheap. I went to Nota Bene in Aspinwall and got much better quality for a way better price.

The only item I will not compromise on...my bouquet of all purple tulips wrapped in a swatch from my Mom's wedding dress.

Agreed. I also ordered some samples from them for Save the dates and Invites. I was equally disappointed. I just ended up going to Michaels with coupons in hand and for $80 got 90 pocket fold invites with invite, envelope, response card, envelope, pocket, and ribbon. I also bought some cardstock that matched the color of the invites for additional inserts. CostCo also has invites that look decent and are 25% off.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I'll tell her not to go with wedding paper divas.

Agreed, I think you can DIY with the same quality for cheaper. My MOH did get her STDs from Wedding Paper Divas and I thought they were fine for that.

Yeah there is no way my friend is able to make her own. She hates wedding stuff and has waited until the last minute to look for these things.

Has anyone tried magnet street by chance either? I was looking into it myself, and if the quality is good I might suggest it to my friend.

    What about Etsy?

Yeah I tried that route too. She doesn't even know what etsy is, and she doesn't want to fool with it. I have had trouble finding what I wanted on etsy as well.
