Has anyone used this website before? I have been looking for a rehearsal dinner dress with no luck, and my sister mentioned this site.  It looks great, but I'm wondering how the dresses are if many people wear them! Thanks!

I have used it before, but for jewelry. Unfortunately I can't give you any recommendations on dresses, but I've read blog posts written by ladies that have rented dresses and they were very happy with the experience. As far as the jewelry was concerned, it was a gorgeous piece, arrived right on time, nicely packaged, returning it was easy, etc.

I actually ended up finding my dress today! But might still use it for the 2 weddings I have this summer.  Going to check it out for jewelry now Thanks for letting me know what you have heard/read!

I've used it and love it. I did have some trouble with the dress (eventually became dresses) for my shower because of damaged ones. However, the customer service is wonderful. I've rented a few other times without a single issue.

I LOVE it. And use it all the time. I have never had a problem with the dresses or jewelry. Customer Service is top notch.

I had some trouble with the dresses that I ordered (I ordered 3, each in 2 different sizes). Both of them were very, very long, and at 5'4", appeared ridiculous one me. I measured the skirt length myself and found it it to be significantly longer than the size guide posted on the website.

However, customer service and returns were easy as pie. Just be wary with sizing and read the reviews!

I am 5'4 too and have been worried about the length because it seems a lot of reviews are about that.
