How to indicate parking?

We are having our ceremony and reception in the same location.  The hotel is located in a city with not a lot of parking, so the hotel offers valet parking.  FI and I will be paying this for our guests.  Any idea how to indicate this?  Or should we just get the information out by word of mouth?

You could do an extra insert in the envelope, if you choose.

Miss Manners recommends printing another insert, like a ticket, that your guests can give to the valet so both your guest and the valet know your guest is not to pay for the parking. I think that would work for you.

Definitely do an insert and ask the guests to hand them to the valet.  That way you will also have an accurate count at he end of the night.

I emailed my coordinator at the vendor and she liked the idea of the insert; just have to hope everyone remembers their cards!
