Syracuse Beach Ceremony?

Hey! Has anyone had a ceremony on any of the beaches around Syracuse? I need some advice on how to pull it off, while trying to stay as inexpensive as possible. Thanks for any input!

    My Aunt was married on the beach in Onieda Shores State park in Brewerton. It was free! They didn't make them pay for parking. The ceremony site was a private part of the beach so there were no disruptions or loud noises/crazy kids running around. It was not in a pavilion next to the water, it was literally on the sand. I'm thinking about the location myself!
