Candy buffet done. All set up how I want it for the venue to put out.

Shoes have been died to match my dress

Second pair of shoes for the reception

and my wedding band has been picked up! I'll be wearing it on the other side, but for time being (plus my fingers were swollen from the heat), I took the picture with it on that side.

Wow! That's a lot!! Impressive!

This past weekend, I started to address our invitation envelopes, and then stuffed the invites in some of the printed envelopes.  I made great progress, but I still have a lot to go.

We also discussed and 100% decided that we will not be getting a limo. One less thing to worry about.

We also started to look at wedding bands for him - I already own mine, but he still needs to choose his.

@SewInLoveWithDMB- I have the same progress on invites too. I did get my clear return labels made yesterday.

My MOH and I also got the shower invites and bachelorette invites addressed and sealed (nothing to do while having a garage sale).

FI is going to make his final decision on his ring in a few weeks when we are on vacation. The jeweler told him to go in when its hot to make sure he gets the right size ring. Tuxes will be finalized then too.

We got a lot done!

Our invites are here! Now I need to go get a fancy marker and start addressing!

FI went and got measured and paid the deposit on his tux, now for the rest of the guys.

We registered at BBB.

Got the shower invite list to my mom to send out invites this week.

FI and I sat down and went over what is left to pay and when.  It was a little bit of a scary number, so I'm evaluating if there's any place left to pare down a little.  We've been very mindful in the planning process already, so the only thing I can think of is to nix the limo.

Nix the limo! I hadn't even budgeted for a limo, so I was thrilled when we nixed our non-existent limo. I feel like I've just saved $1500!

We don't have one booked yet, either, so I think I'm going to push for that.  Thanks for the validation!

I met with three of my four girls last week and we talked about food, games, and prizes for the shower. Everything is coming together!

@alisonmarie658 - sorry if you said this before, but where are you headed on your honeymoon?

I didn't do much wedding related except for our engagement pics - which were a ton of fun (posted about it on another post).

This week I'm hoping to get a better handle on centerpieces, start building my box to put our escort cards in and continue planning the skeleton schedule of our honeymoon .
