Dress issues

I just put my dress on to make sure that it was still fitting properly. It could be because I had to lace it myself but, I had some lovely back fat hanging out on top. Uuuuuugggggggg. Ater losing 20 lbs. that is the last thing I wanted to see. Hopefully, when I get someone to help me lace it properly it won't be as bad.

I hate that too---as of now, I don't see any on my dress, but then again, my dress came a little too big.  Have to wait and see once the seamstress gets final measurements done.

Hit the gym every day and lift weights - especially do upper back exercises to tighten the muscles so the remaining flab will be less obvious.  Overhead pull-downs, seated rows and flys will really make a difference.  Ask a trainer if you're not familiar or just google those exercises.  You'll really notice a difference even in 4 weeks if you do 4-5 times a week plus some cardio (30 min hard on the elliptical is all you need!)  Good luck
