Day of Beauty Timeline

I'm book a seperate onsite MUA and hair person in the Strip District, and they will be doing my hair and make up alone. I'm looking at a 2pm ceremony time in the North Hills, so what time should I tell them come, and what should get done first?

I also have a 2 PM ceremony and we are not doing a first look. Here is our timeline:
9 AM: Hair and Makeup begins. For 10 ppl's hair, 2 hair stylists available taking about 30 minutes per person. Only 3 ppl getting makeup done so MUA will be done first
Noon: Photographer arrives for details and getting ready photos, hair stylists likely finishing up whoever was last if not done yet
12:45 PM: Groomsmen leave for ceremony
1 PM: Bride and BMs leave for ceremony
1-1:20 PM: Groomsmen and bridal party arrive at ceremony

What I would suggest is starting with your ceremony time and working backwards. What time do you need to leave to get to the ceremony? Then, what time is photographer coming? How long will it take for your hair and MUAs to complete each person? etc. Then I would move your hair/makeup back about 15-30 minutes just in case there are any hiccups, that way you aren't rushing. Oh and I've read that you should get hair done before makeup but I'm doing makeup first because of the way I'm styling my hair, it would be in the way.
