I'm not exactly newly engaged but do have a question that I was hoping someone would be able to answer for me.

What am I to expect during engagement photos? Is there anything in particular I should know or that I need to do? I want them to turn out amazing and was hoping to use them in our wedding invitations! Any advice would be great...super nervous a bit camera shy... :(

    Hopefully you got a good photographer who will guide you through poses and whatnot.

    Otherwise, pick some cute outfits, maybe think of a couple locations you want, and try to relax. Drink a glass of wine beforehand if it will help.

    Don't over think it. Just have fun taking pictures with your FI. Our favorite engagement photo is a candid one where we are both laughing about how goofy we felt at the beginning of the shoot.

    I think the best way is to have the the photos you want planned. Even having examples of them on your phone will be helpful. You don't want to forget any thing! I like the look of more natural engagement photos. It is important to find a photographer whop you feel comfortable around.
