Reception Venues in the Lansing Area

We are eloping, but planning a laid-back wedding celebration for a few months after the elopement... My FI is a member at the Lansing country club, but I almost feel like that might be too formal. Any ideas for elegant venues that are perhaps a little more laid-back?

    Check out Grand Lofts in Grand Ledge Michigan. It has a more modern sophisticated look - and I think it comes with a DJ. www.grandloftevents.com

    You could also check out other golf clubs in the area, like Hawk Hollow. They can be elegent without the country club feel.
