Good morning everyone.  I had a great weekend in Pittsburgh this weekend.  I was not ready to wake up to snow on the ground and roads on Saturday morning though.  I got all of our gifts for the wedding party and parents wrapped and ready this weekend.  I also had my final dress fitting.  It's getting me excited to get married in 26 days!

I had a great weekend - awesome weather in Boston, so I got some biking in, saw Jane Eyre with a friend (it wasn't that great imo), and went out with coworkers on Saturday night.  I'm excited to go to Pittsburgh on Friday!

Good Morning! I had a lazy weekend, and my last one until the wedding. I only left the house on Saturday morning to get groceries. Otherwise, I cleaned and hung out with FI. I should've gotten a lot of stuff done, but oh well. Lots to do this week.

GM! I worked most of the weekend and we went out to dinner on Saturday for my grandma's birthday. I'm off today, so I'll probably be blowing up the board all day Amy- your dress is beautiful! md-I'm so excited you're coming this weekend! J-I hate cleaning but I really need to work on the apartment today. Totally cramps my style. Edited for awful iPhone autocorrect.

I went to Tavern 245 on Friday night, and I REALLY liked it.  Its a more casual yet still professional vibe for downtown.  I got a strawberry, spinach, walnut goat cheese salad for $8, which is fantastic in my book.

Saturday I did some wedding stuff, cleaning and home repair things.  Then Saturday night FI and I stopped at his friend's pizza shop, because it was his friend's bday. One of the delivery drivers had just gotten into a really bad accident, so FI's friend left the shop to go to the accident scene and hospital with his employee, and so FI and I spent the majority of Saturday evening at the pizza shop covering for FI's friend and the driver.  I've learned so much about what it means to be a store owner from FI's friend.

Sunday we went registering.  It was fun!  Im excited to have our stuff in the house.

Amy - you look amazing in your dress.  I bet the 26 days will just FLY by!

md--so jealous you got to bike! We're going to get H a new bike in the next couple weeks so we can start biking again!

jl--can't believe your wedding is SO CLOSE!!! Good for you for having a lazy weekend! You need to do that sometimes!

We went out to dinner for H's bday on Friday, then had some wine and played some Scrabble when we got home. Saturday we had friends over for dinner. I tried out some new recipes and they turned out awesome!

Yesterday was pretty lazy. I'd been battling a bit of a cold or something all weekend, so I just laid around, listened to the Pirates game on the radio, etc. We did make a quick run to the Waterfront--Target had an awesome patio set for $94. We tried to get one last year and couldn't get the one we wanted. So as soon as we saw the ad in the paper, we jumped in the car and went to get it. It's a nice set--table, 4 chairs and umbrella! I just made soup and grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner!

Our weekend was good, just getting settled in with the new puppy. We had a fun dinner for my dad's birthday at Church Brew Works Friday night. Saturday we just lounged. My family came over to our house last night for dinner - which was more stressful than I'd expected. But all in all a good weekend and we are so happy we have Reese!

Hey Everyone,

So this morning has been crazy already at work. Boo on quarter closes.

So this past weekend I was finally able to stay home and relax. I cleaned the apartment, did laundry, and made a pineapple upside cake (2 actually, as my first attempt became a VERY upside down pineaplle cake when I tried to flip it and it ended up all over the floor). We watched the UK game on Saturday (FI still upset about it) and went to dinner last night for sushi. So a good weekend all in all.

md- Oh no! I had such hope for the Jane Eyre movie! I wanted to see it :-(
Panther- please blow up the boards today. It distracts me from my boring day lol
MRads- I have been meaing to try that place out. Might go next weekend.

Lindsay--I KNOW! We are aching for the weather to be better so we can sit out! The cats love it too!

sari--Target is a constant wish list. I look at the flyer every week and see so many things "I WANTZ, I WANTZ, I WANTZ!"

FI talks about this quarter and monthly close garbage all the time. I don't understand, haha.

Hahaha that's awesome Panther. Is your FI working pretty late right now? Mine is an accountant too, and I doubt I'll see him much this week.

db- Yeah I hate this week already. It needs to be over soon.

Yeah, he's an accountant for UPMC. He has one account that is all his own and then he works with a few other people on the accounts for Shadyside, Presby, and Montefiore.

He worked 12 hours on Friday and he'll be there until at least 5:30 or so today. He starts at 7.

Sar, what happened with your friend from work?

Sorry Panther I just saw this.

Yeah, my FI works for PPG in the controller's department. He basically consolidating over 100 tax schedules from around the world right now. Plus he is in charge of putting together and disclosing the entire cash flow statement.

And my friend never went to the doctor. We are pretty sure her ulcer is bleeding, but she just won't go. Until she buckles down in pain, she won't go. There is no convincing her.
