Monday Accountability

I need to start be more discplined about eating and exercising

b- hot chocolate yogurt with blueberries

l- eggplant and pasta

S- apple

D- not sure yet either a salad from panera or stay in and a veggie pattie and corn on the cob

S- gauc and pita chips

E- hopefully an abs workout at least.

    B: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg; english muffin with butter 
    L: Salad with chicken, roasted red peppers, olives, onions, and vinagraitte
    S: Apple with LC blue cheese
    D: Tilapia with lemon and garlic; steamed veggies

    E: Either JM's No More Trouble Zone or Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism

    ETA: My lunch



  • B-Toast & Coffee
    L-Salad with fresh blueberries, goat cheese crumbles and balsamic

    S-String Cheese or Raw Baby Carrots

    Meddied since 6/15/13!
  • Breakfast: banana french toast, mint tea.

    Lunch: Baked peanut chicken strips, homemade corn muffin.

    Snacks: Cereal with apricots, protein bar, six pieces of brown rice veggie sushi.

    Dinner: unknown.

    If I get out of work early enough, I'll be going to the gym and using the elliptical machine and doing some arm exercises.
