Hello Ladies, Im back! I have had so much on my plate since I said I Do.
So here's the recap!
Friday: I got up, did some cleaning then I had a 12 noon nail appointment. When I walk in the salon my nailtech was running my water for my foot soak. :-) He(nailtech) really pampered me. While getting my nails done my coordinator text me asking for lighters for the unity candles. So I left feeling so good,stop at Family Dollar for the lighters and I get another text saying dont come to the venue at all. I ignored the text and went anyway. When I arrived my coordinator and head hostess stopped me at the door. They told me how beautifully everything was looking and wanted to surprise me. I left with my tail tucked between my legs and in tears. I kept receiving phone calls asking if I was nervous, and I wasn't. Until approximately 7pm I started feeling sick to my stomach and wasnt sure why. I went to Kroger and I had on my Future Mrs Thomas tee shirt and a lady said Congratulations and right there i busted out in tears. Omg!!! Then I got home and the Mr. was getting ready to leave for the night. He hug me and said prayer and I started crying again. All tears of joy that after all I've been through in my past I finally have a real man that loves me and im honestly HAPPY. (more tears :-) My mom,sister and sister n law came to keep me company but I couldn't sit down. I tried to go to bed and couldn't sleep, I was Facebooking til 3am. I didn't dose off until 5am.
Saturday: I had a 8:00 hair appointment, I changed my hairstyle at the last moment. Decided to wear my hair down instead of an updo cause I didn't want to worry about rewashing my hair after the wedding day. Came home, my BP was here waiting for makeup. We all got our makeup done and the photographer came. He got some good shots of me getting ready. When the limousine arrived we all started to leave out and my mother fell and the dam driver didn't help her. She was ok but I was so pissed. He didn't even help me or my girls into the limo. (Oh, I'm gonna fix yo ass) We arrived to the church and I went to my holding room and cried cause everything was so beautiful. The ceremony started on time. Everything was perfect!
At the end of the night my HUSBAND & I dipped out and headed to our honeymoon spot. We stayed at the casino hotel, they upgraded our room to a suite. The manager said to my husband, " she look so lovely" and he said, I wish i knew how to sing I would sing the song. The manager gave him his phone and put it on intercom and this nut was singing. It was so funny, all the employees that had a staff phone heard him. They came to congratulate us and watch him carried me over the thrushole. I had one of the best days of my life. And, the best 3 day honeymoon getaway :-)
