Hi Ladies! I have a quick question for everyone. My FI and I have decided to get married on a cruise while at sea. We understand that this is not legally binding, and we will sign our in state marriage license upon our return with a friend who is licensed to marry people in our state. However, we are inviting people to join the cruise and our on board ceremony. Since the ceremony will take place on a date that is NOT the date the ship embarks, how would I word our save the dates? Obviously, I need to include the date the ship embarks so everyone is in port at the right time, but how do I tell them that the wedding ceremony and reception will occur on a different day?
