Wednesday Accountability

b- hot chocolate, yogurt with blueberries

S- apple

l- leftover linguini rustico

D- veggie burgers and bbq stuff and drinking

I will be eating and drinking all the things tonight!

E- none unless trying on wedding dresses counts. I fail this week at any working out :-(

  • B:  2 eggs, 2 pc. bacon, 1 pc. toast with whipped butter
    S:  iced coffee, black
    L:  panzella and grilled pesto chicken
    S:  blueberries and cantaloupe
    D:  somewhere on our way out of town!

    E:  none, will be in the car all evening.
  • B-Honey Nut Cheerios
    L-Veggie Patties (again-but I find I'm more successful when I know exactly what calories I'm going to take in, and those are easy peasy for me) and some fruit or raw veggies
    S-String Cheese 
    D-???  Maybe something on the grill or I'll make H take us out somewhere as tomorrow we are off for the holiday

    E-Kickbox Sculpt.  Boot Camp yesterday was brutal, my peak HR was 193, which is unheard of for me and I thought I was going to vurp on the gym floor.  

    @PeaseBlossom55-I must try this hot chocolate yogurt.  What brand is it?

    @radleyboo sorry for the confusion I have hot chocolate in a mug and separately yogurt vanilla with blueberries. Stonyfield makes a chocolate underground yogurt which is so good. It's so high in sugar though I've avoided it for years now.

  • I have no accountability. I ate McDonald's and Chick-fil-a yesterday. I had a coke with breakfast this morning. DH is out of town, and I never do well with making meals when he's gone... :(

  • I had a rough day at work yesterday so FI came over with margs to have with dinner...I had two. Also I didn't work out as hard as I needed to so I feel super bloated this morning.

    B- Granola, oatmeal, coffee
    S- Apple
    L- Grilled chicken salad from Chick-fil-a
    D- Idk, I'm staying at the parentals tomorrow for the race soo w/e they are having.

    E- I probably won't be working out this evening, maybe go on a long walk.

    I'm eating all the things today and I don't care.

    First Breakfast @ home - Chobani Non-Fat Strawberry Yogurt

    Second Breakast @ work - one chocolate cake donut, one raspberry-jam filled donut ... now I feel sick.

    L - carrots and mandarin oranges cause I'm poor and can't buy lunch

    D - spaghetti at my parents so we can carb up before the big race tomorrow. Yay for all the carbs!

    E - prob take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood. Nothing crazy, 10k tomorrow! I'm probably going to fail... I haven't gone running in over 3 weeks now.
