Last night, I went veil shopping with some friends.  It was the first time I had my whole ensemble together (dress, shoes, necklace, earrings) and when I found the right veil, I had a little bit of a "this is actually MY wedding" moment.  I feel so pretty in it!

It's a simple, 1 tier cut edge veil, I love it!



So that's it for bridal attire for me (except undergarments).

This weekend I worked out some confusion about my bridal shower. My FI's mom wanted to have one, but that seemed to make my sister tense.... long story short... it became a really touchy issue. Everything is sorted out now and I am really excited - my sister is having a shower for me as my MOH and my FMIL is throwing us a co-ed shower about an hour away where he is from. The guest lists of course will nto overlap. I am really happy with this arrangement and excited because my brother and dad will be able to come to the co-ed one!

I'm done with bridemaids gifts too! For the shower I am giving them personalized wine glasses I made from Etsy, a bottle of wine, and initial personalized stationary. For the wedding they are getting their shoes, robes to get ready in(see pic), monogrammed tote bages (see pic), the personalized hanger for their dresses, and I made them each a little emergency kit in a small cosmentic bag with make-up remover wipes, hairspray, chapstick, hand lotion, Shout wipes, deoderant, mints and a little kit with nail clipper and file. Does this sound okay? Do I need to add anything else?
