We are having our wedding for about 175 guests at a private home and hiring bartenders through our caterer but are responsible for all of the beer, wine, liquor, juices, etc and ice.
Curious if anyone has experience in prepping for such an event? The caterer/bartender recommend 4lbs of ice per person. Just trying to wrap our heads around where and how we will keep it all cold. We are obviously also speaking with the bartender around his/her suggestions, but since we have over 1 year until our date and they are currently very busy with current and upcoming weddings I do not think we will be getting an answer any time soon.
