Favorite healthy smoothie?

We are doing paleo for two weeks. I want to do blended smoothies with my breakfast. I bought frozen mango chunks, and a mix of strawberries, bananas and peaches. I'm open to all suggestions. I also got kale, cucumber and avocado.

  • Banana, Greek Yogurt, Blueberries, Almonds is our go-to

  • Blueberries, spinach, banana, milk or almond milk, ground flax or chia, and sometimes mango and/or peaches if I want it sweeter. Sometimes I'll add in vanilla protein powder after a workout.

    FI will usually add in almond butter or peanut butter to smoothies as well.
  • I'm doing paleo because we did it once before for a week and loved it. My stomach looked flatter and we felt great. I feel like lately I have been eating a lot of pasta and carbs so I want to eat clean for a few weeks. Plus my husband is trying to drop some weight and this will help him, too.
  • I completely agree with that.  We try to stay away from most processed foods anyways, but sometimes in the summer it gets hard with holidays, cook outs, and going out for ice cream.  I always feel better when I eat better.
