Recommended reasonably priced seamstress?

Hi girls,

I was wondering if any of you recommended a seamstress to do your wedding dress alterations? Also if you didn't mind, could you tell me what you had altered and around how much it ran?

I'm looking to have the waist taken in from the sides, as well as the back of the dress lowered (it's a key hole style dress and I'm short...) and a bustle added.

My sister is using Cottage of Tailoring at Graceland Shopping Center and it is VERY reasonable. Much cheaper than the local lady I used and I didn't even have a train or bustle.
