  • IMO, have  party-- don't do a "redo."  Wear a bridal dress if you would like and that is important to you.  Definitely no to pre-parties and a registry because you are already married (and make sure all of your guests are aware).  As long as you host your guests appropriately then I would not side a 3yr anniversary party.

Thank you to all who have pointed out that Messianic "Jews" are not Jewish.

Messianic Judaism are ethnically Jewish, many of them argue that the movement is a sect of Judaism. Jewish organizations, and the Supreme Court of Israel in cases related to the Law of Return, have rejected this claim, and instead consider Messianic Judaism to be a form of Christianity. Aka not Jewish
The OP stated that she and her husband are not ethnically Jewish.

"Messianic Judaism" is actually a sect of Christianity.

  • OP, have a kickass vow renewal and throw an awesome party that shakes the block (or a classy pinky pointer tea if that ruffles your skirts).

Don't ignore the years you've been married with a re-do wedding. You worked hard on those years and they deserve recognition.
