Looking for a small affordable venue!

I would love to have a small venue for 50-100 people where I could host an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.  I'm looking for less than $5,000.  Any ideas?!

    We are having ours at Robin Hill.  Entire wedding budgeted under $3000.  Good Luck.

    The cafe looks wonderful!  I see it everyday but never realized how nice it was inside

    I just looked at the rental fees for Robin Hill.  I must say that it definetly looks reasonable. 
    Does anyone know if they provide tables/chairs? Or did you have to rent that separately?

    They provide tables and  chairs, but you aren't allowed to use the chairs for outdoor ceremonies. You have to rent them separately.

    Check out the Mayernick Center in the North Hills. Very pretty in person!!

    Myernick Center is in Avenworth and they hardly have any dates open for 2014, and that was as of February 4th when I contacted them.  Rental fee alone is $2600 for a Saturday, and this doesn't include catering. Additional $400 for the ceremony.  Might be out of OP's price range after all said and done.
