Try DB. They will normally ship off the rack.

Davids Bridal has some, but I think their shipping is 2-4 days. Also, you can try BestBridalPrices.com.  They have a "ships today" section for instock dresses.  I honestly wouldn't really recommend this, because wedding dresses fit SO much differently than regular clothes, but you can risk it, if you want.

J Crew has overnight and two day shipping.

I used FedEx to ship my gown to England.  My gown had just come into the salon and I was moving in three days, so we decided that instead of trying to get it on the plane, we'd ship it.  It cost $700 but it probably wouldn't cost that much to ship to Cabo.   

If you find a dress you like at a place like Nordstrom or J Crew, you could buy it in person and ship it ahead.   That way you'd be able to actually try it on before you buy.   Just a thought.

check out the dresses at ann taylor website. They have a wedding section.

But if you want to try on, if you have a David's Bridal in your area, go there because they carry every dress in almost every size. If you find one you like on the rack you can buy it & just ship it to your destination or put in non-see through bag & take it down yourself.

if you can head to a group usa/camille la vie, they have wedding dresses and other formal gowns that can pass off for your type of wedding.

Really, it depends what you are looking for. 

Most stores have some dresses you can buy off the rack. 

Also, check your local Craigslist. There are a lot of them that would be available to try on and take home, if you were looking for something more traditional
