Non-Slip Aisle Runner

Our venue has marble floors, so we are looking for a no-frills white non-slip aisle runner for the ceremony. Can anyone recommend a good website or store that sells them fairly inexepensively? I seem to only run across personalized or lacy runners online. THANKS!

Re: Non-Slip Aisle Runner

  • Have you considered skipping one entirely?  Many weddings don't have runners!  Cutting it out is a good way to save some money.  I think regardless of what you choose there will still be a chance of tripping or slipping on it.

  • Yes, we have considered not using one, but are leaning towards getting one just in case. I worry about heels and the elderly grandparents slipping down the aisle since it's marble. Plus, in our case, I think the white runner will look good against the remaining flooring.

  • I saw this on tv the other day - http://www.ugluit.com/index.php?id=67

It could help your aisle runner stick to the ground without leaving a mess.

  • Thanks! I'll look into it!
  • www.customizedweddingcreations.com sell them.

We bought my daughter's aisle runner there, although it wasn't the non-skid one.
The runner was beautiful and Cherin, the owner is great to work with!
