I'm getting married in Jan 2014 and am still looking for a venue.
We;ve looked at Black Canyon Inn and LOVED it. It's perfect. But it's $1800 just for the ceramony and if we want the reception at their resturant, it would be $60 per person.
Today we looked at Louiver's Clubhouse and were just disappointed. It only costs about $500 and they have a full kitchen we can use. But it only has one big room and 2 small rooms. So we would have to have the ceramony and reception in the same room. Do able but a pain.
I'm hoping to find a house owned by a county or non profit like Louivers but that has enough room for both the ceramony and reception. As far south as Colorado Springs and north to IDK...Estes? We really care about location.
