Mason jars and floating candles

I am having a tough time deciding between ivory floating candles and purple floating candles.  My colors are beige and purple - the purple is bill levkoff's plum (which is like david bridal's lapis almost) and it's a burlap theme.  I'm having ivory table cloths with burlap table runners.  The mason jars will have rafetta tied around the mouth and glass gems in the bottom.  Do I get ivory floating candles or purple?  I want to tie in the purple somehow (only about half of the centerpieces will have purple flowers, the rest will be baby's breath) but don't want it to be too dark.

Thoughts?

  • I like the solid purple candle too - If necessary and you have to go with he ivory candles, get some purple color raffia to put around the jars.  I like the idea of the purple gems or rocks as well.
