Was married on July 13th this year at New Britain Museum of American Art. Jordan Caterers provided the most amazing spread. We opted not to have a sit down dinner. We had several passed Hors devours immediately after the ceremony which included chocolate covered bacon, absolutely delectable. Then continued with several stations that included hummus, tortalini skewers, scallop and beef kabobs, Mediterranean station, shrimp the size of a baby's arm and a marscapone cheese cake, along with several other delights. The food and how it was displayed totally blew me away. My guests loved how they weren't tied to a particular meal and could pick here and there. A week later and people are still talking about the food. The pastry chef provided an amazing cannoli cake that I brought home and didn't bother freezing, just continued to eat it.
I would recommend Jordan Caterers to everyone. Karen Weil is the coordinator and she was very thorough and so easy to work with. Please check them out for any catered event that you have, you will not be disappointed!!
