I remember that accident, I believe there still is a memorial on that spot. It was such a horrible thing to drive past knowing what happened.

Yes, that is definitely one of the most horrific things to happen. Sorry for any I offended if I made it seem like I was belittling anyone else. That was certainly not the intent. It was meant to be a story to show if even something pretty bad happens, things could always be worse and as long as nothing tragic happens, you are still married. I read/ hear a lot about "terrible" things happening like someone being late,etc and my only point was that something you never expected could happen (i.e a minor accident like minor, or a major and terrible one), so just try and roll with everything else! There are certainly many worse things that could happen than 3 stitches
