Has anyone ordered postcards from VP? I want to order them for my STD's but am not sure if they are sturdy enough to be sent without envelopes. Any advice?

I ordered postcards but used them as my program. They're a fairly stiff card stock, and you do have the option of ordering with envelopes. I personally would feel comfortable mailing them.

They do offer sample kits. I think all you have to do is pay for shipping.

I ordered postcards from Vistaprint for our save the dates.  I was able to find a promo link for 100 free cards plus a free image upload, so all I paid was about $5 shipping plus I paid the extra $10 to have a color design printed on the backside.   Put if you're going to mail them like a postcard, you wouldn't need color on the back.  We're putting ours in envelopes, but I think you could probably get away with using them as postcards.  They're about the same thickness as any other postcard I think.  The printing job was really nice though, and you definitely can't beat the price!
