Nail salon in corolla

Anybody know of a good nail salon in Corolla? I'm getting my nails done before I go down but I know 5 days at the beach they won't be looking too great also does anyone know of a good place to get a spray tan? Wedding is in September so just in case weather isn't good during the week I want to have a back up. Thanks!!!

One of our brides married last June used Ocean Nails in Corolla, not sure where that is exactly though. In her vendor reviews, she said it was alright, the staff there were a little grumpy was her review. I personally used Klassy Nails in Kitty Hawk, I would not suggest going there. Another suggestion would be getting them done at the Sanderling. I know there is a nail place in Scarborough Faire in Duck, I think Nail Trix is the name, but I haven't heard of anyone using them. I don't have any spray tan suggestions, I know there's a couple of tanning places down there. One suggestion though, if you haven't had it done before, I would do it in the next couple of weeks to make sure it works out okay, before getting it done once you are down there.

I got my nails done at home on the Saturday before we left for the beach, and I got one of those shellac manicures.  Our wedding was on Thursday, and my nails still looked perfect.  If you haven't considered it, I would definitely recommend a shellac manicure.  The polish actually never chipped, I finally took it off after about two weeks because my nails had grown out so much.

My daughter and her bridesmaids went to Aqua Spa in Duck for pedicures and manicures. Very pleased with their service!

One of my good friends had her nails done at The Sanderling while I was getting my make-up done. I loved my make-up but my girlfriend said it was the WORST manicure she had ever had! I think they squeezed her in but it would've been better if they had told her "no" instead of making such a mess of her nails!
