  • @CocoBellaF - keep up the great work! Are you blogging about your experience at all? I'd love to read your thoughts.

@Imhollister - nice job with the weight loss! Call me officially jealous. 150 days of p90x and counting calories and I haven't lost more than 3 pounds. I think I'm doing something wrong. lol
  • Thanks @cschiano ! I'm sure it makes a difference that I have a lot of weight to lose before my BMI is considered at a normal level. I still have 44 lbs until my goal weight according to WW. Sometimes it's easier to drop off a lot of pounds than just a few. Those last few are always the hardest. Sometimes switching up your normal routine will jump start your body into losing weight again.

  • @cschiano - I have been writing things down in a journal, not really blogging.  I'd be happy to keep you updated!  today is the best day so far, even though I overslept.  I'm still waiting for all the energiez...  Ely (elannis) says that she wakes up before her alarm, ready to go.  so I'd love to have some of that!  cravings haven't been too bad, except Tuesday...  I had horrible anxiety and normally I stuff it with Snickers, and that wasn't an option.  I did eat a Cherry Larabar at some point in the afternoon to help me deal with dad drama, but besides that we are sticking to plan!
