My tables seat 6 ppl. My brother has 5 kids, so he's a party of 7. I can't add him to a table or add them separately. I made a fake 8 person table and tried to move the kids after to the table connecting, but it makes the whole party move and says there's not enough room. Is there a way to get past this issue? 

There are also other people in the same party that want I want to seat at different tables. How can parties be separated?

You can do this by unlinking them, if you click on the table you want to choose, and then the guest tab, you should see a chain-link icon. Click on that to separate the party, and then add the separate guest to another table.
