I'm
on a super shoestring budget, and I'd love to do something pretty
with my on-the-shoulder hair length. I'd love an updo, but the
hair at the nape of my neck is pretty short (like 2"). I'm open to getting it done professionally, but if a DIY is possible, I'd like to save the money. Any ideas or pictures? TIA!
