I had planned on holding off on the dress shopping but my friend told me about the brides against cancer event that was happening this weekend. So we went and my mom and I found the dress! When some of you newly engaged ladies or still waiting in the rock friend are beginning your dress journey, I highly suggest checking online to see if and when the brides against breast cancer comes to your town. They have a combination of new and gently used donated dresses. The one I found is brand new! I didn't buy the VIP passes to shop early an was worried it would be packed chaos and it would be picked over, but it was really calm and friendly. When you pick you dress they ring a bell and everyone claps for you and they sort of show you off. It's pretty funny. Here's a pic, because I'm in a sharing mood way up here on cloud nine
