I've seen them at Ikea, Walmart, Joann's, Michael's. Did you have an odd height in mind?

If it's not too far, check out Dealer's Discount Floral on 10 Mile Rd, just east of Van Dyke in Centerline. You can't order anything on their website, but you can visit there Monday - Saturday. They have tons of glass items, vases, votive holders, plus candles, silk flowers, the list is endless. Plus they have 3-4 aisles of wedding items including tulle, headpieces, bouquet holders, and on and on. GREAT store, plan on a few hours to see everything, LOL.

I second Dealers Discount. If you purchase a membership card for $25 (valid one year) you get 50% all reg price items. Their prices are already low and then the discount is a huge bargain!
