Ok so my maid of honor and I have been close friends for almost 5 years now. We can tell each other everything and anything, laugh, cry, joke, yell, etc. with each other. I asked her to be my MOH and she was super excited.... then about a week later, it's as if she couldn't care less. I've completed most of the wedding planning by myself due to my mom being a pain in the butt, MOH being too busy, fiance not wanting to help (because he's friends advised that he stay out of the planning process). For a long period of time, none of my bridesmaids were able to get in contact with my MOH because of various excuses. When all the girls and I do get together, she has made every topic of conversation about herself. The problem is everything can be going perfect, then my MOH has to do something to either take away from "my moment" and get the attention all on her, start an argument with me, or just do something to end the event with hard feelings.
Any suggestions on how I can get this to stop? I get married in two months!
