Can you OD on zucchini?

Today alone will be bread, tots, and brownies.  I've put it in pasta sauce, kabobs, sautéed, stir fry, fries, grilled, gratin, in a dip.  DH didn't even plant much.

That's a lot of zucchini love, but I also love them too.

I've od'ed on Wendy's Almond Berry chicken salads. They're so good.

It's more I don't want to waste it.  There's 12 cups shredded in the freezer too.

I'm jealous.  Everyone around here had blossom rot, so zucchini is in low supply.  I didn't even get enough to make my salsa with it.  BOO.

I'm annoyed our tomatoes are still green and DH didn't plant butternut squash.  We had a great crop of peas, jalapenos, and cucumbers.  We have quite a few watermelon and carving pumpkins out there too.

Everything else has done great (30+ pounds of fresh corn, YES).

JIC: Tomatoes don't need to be red to be pulled.  If they're willing to come off the vine, take them off and put into sunshine.  They'll turn red quickly.

I forgot about the corn!  We have a few ears, but a windstorm caused some issue.

Truth be told, I miss how we all joked around and told stories back in the day. I don't think it will ever be the same around these parts. Change, I tell ya.......
